Summer is here, and we’re happy to reconnect with the latest from Vickaryous Law Firm. Over the past months, our growth has been shaped by the relationships we’ve built with colleagues, the trust our clients place in us, and the referrals you so generously share. Each of these plays an important role in guiding our work and shaping how we serve. We sincerely appreciate your support and look forward to continuing this journey together. |

From the Desk of Jim Vickaryous |
This summer, I have been reflecting on why I fight so hard for my clients. My father's passing earlier this year has caused me to think about the values he instilled in me. He was a U.S. Navy pilot, farmer, and businessman who believed that when something mattered, you stood your ground. Though he was not a lawyer, he taught me how to fight for others with conviction and integrity. That lesson remains at the core of our firm and the way we advocate for our clients every day. In many ways, the determination for which we are known began with him. If you would like to learn more about his remarkable life, I invite you to read his obituary.

We help people that have sustained injuries in accidents to recover financial compensation. These funds are often needed to pay for medical treatment, make up for lost wages, pain and suffering, and provide compensation for injuries suffered. We focus on injury law, which covers all civil litigation for injuries or wrongdoings resulting from negligence. Our main goal is to make our clients whole again and discourage others from committing a similar offense. Our most common case types include motor vehicle accidents, slip and fall accidents, defective products, workplace injuries, and medical malpractice. |
